SHIPPING & RETURNS Policy

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to advise. We use Australia Post for all parcels. Metro areas can take up to 5 business days, rural areas can take up to 12 business days. A longer period of wait time may occur depending on your location and Australia Post’s delays, which are out of our control.


Collect from Bone Idol Brewery

If you have selected “Collect from Bone Idol Brewery ONLY”, please allow 1-3 business days for you order to be processed and packaged. When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been fulfilled. 


The address for our brewery is 224 Ruthven St, North Toowoomba, QLD 4350. We are located inside The Plate Restaurant. If you have accidentally selected “Collect from Bone Idol Brewery ONLY” as your shipping method and you need it to be shipped, send an email to hello@theplaterestaurant.com.au with your order number and we will send you an invoice to pay for shipping. 


International Orders

Currently, we are unable to ship internationally. 


MERCHANDISE RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice (please make sure you have read the size descriptions included with the caps and T-shirts prior to finalising your order. However, we do offer refunds for manufacturers faults with your merchandise item(s).


If your Bone Idol Brewery T-shirt, Cap, or Stubby Cooler is faulty, please send us a photo of the issue, along with your full details and proof of purchase to hello@theplaterestaurant.com.au , within 14 days of receiving your merchandise item/s .


We will review your photos and get in contact if further details are required. If we agree that the product has a manufacturers fault, we will offer the option of a refund or exchange. Please note that not caring for your item in the correct way (for example: ironing the printed artwork and logo on the T-shirts) is not considered a manufacturer’s fault.


Refunds

We aim to process your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your returned faulty item(s), where possible. We’ll also send you an email as soon as we have done so. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


In order for us to process a manufacturers fault refund:

  • Item(s) must be unworn
  • Item(s) must be unwashed/unaltered
  • Include proof of purchase, quoting your original order number (for example order #01234)
  • Lastly, we just ask that the items are returned and received within 30 days of your original order date


Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back. Please consider a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Tracking allows you peace of mind and certainty that the returned parcel has been received by us.


Exchanges

If you select to receive an exchange for a merchandise item that is deemed to have a manufacture’s fault, we’ll happily exchange your item(s) for the same item(s) as purchased, pending availability of stock. If we are out of stock, you will be offered an alternative replacement option or a refund. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item(s). We will send you an invoice for payment.


Returning Your Items

Once you have received a confirmation email from us to your return your item(s) with a manufacturer’s fault, simply send your order via Australia Post, with your full details included, to:
